    Tender Fee (Non-refundable): As stated along with details of properties (per offer each unit, separately) Offerers must send D/D as tender fee (non-refundable) with each offer to be eligible to remain present at the time of opening of offers, failing which such offer shall not be considered at all and such offerers shall not be allowed to remain present at the time of opening of offers.

  5. Offerers should verify the details of the properties of the units before submitting tender offers. GSFC will not be responsible for printing errors.
     
  6. The proposed bidders are requested to make search of the record of the properties.
     
  7. In case of circumstance beyond control, GSFC reserves its rights to postpone/cancel the sale of the properties of any unit.
     
  8. Properties of the units offered for sale shall remain open for inspection as stated along with the details of the units above
